Just One of the Guys

On Monday, I attended my first high school football banquet. My dad said it is something he never thought he would be doing. It is definitely one of my favorite memories from the season, and I've never felt more blessed to be considered part of the team.

As my mom said, I was the only one wearing a bow, pearls, and received a letter.

From being able to travel almost 200 miles on bus with these guys to getting my varsity letter, I've never felt more apart of something than I with the team. I also never thought I would be loving what I am doing so much. My life has changed so much since I meet this group of guys. It's definitely for the better.
To the 30 seniors, I never thought I would miss them, but I cannot believe I won't see them every day after school. They've been such a blessing in my life, and I am excited to see what they do in college.
