5 Fall Essentials

Call me basic but... I love fall so much. It's my favorite season because it is full of color with the leaves changing yet the grass is still alive, and Friday nights in fall? Seriously the best, y'all. It's finally starting to feel like fall in Georgia, but by that I mean it's no longer 80 degrees at four in the afternoon when it was 40 in the morning. Since the weather is finally swinging in my preferred way, I thought I would share with y'all my fall essentials.
Sperry Duck Boots | Okay, I actually have Bean Boots, but if you haven't already ordered those, you're a little out of luck because they'll probably arrive in spring. I ordered mine in March, so you need to order those during the offseason. But people love Sperry's version as well! I wear my Bean Boots with jeans and leggings mostly. I know some people wear them with dresses, but that makes me legs look even shorter than they already are. You ca check out LL Bean's pinterest for inspiration, and once I start having more free time, I'll put together some outfits!

J.Crew's Camp Socks | I've had these for a year now, and I can't imagine living without them. I wear them with my Bean Boots mostly now, but I'll wear them with booties or just around the house. J.Crew didn't make any of the classic solid ones this season, so you have to buy those at the Factory store. But J.Crew did make fun patterned ones.

Striped Turtleneck | Confession: I usually hate turtlenecks. The fabric is way too close to my neck, but I love this one from J.Crew Factory. It's oversized so the neck doesn't make you feel like you're choking. It's also incredibly warm for being a knit shirt, which means it's perfect for when you can't wear a tshirt or a sweater.

Sam & Libby Leopard Bow Flats | Or Leopard flats in general... But give me all the Sam & Libby bow flats. The women in my family have problem because together we have seven pairs, I think. These are the best shoes ever, and I will recommended them until I am blue in the face.

Excursion Vest | Probably the most basic thing ever on here, but I cannot live without vests. Once it hits fall, I have a hard time not wearing mine every day. J.Crew Factory obviously have some great ones, but I love Old Navy's as well. J.Crew's are more structured than Old Navy's, but I love them both, and I recommend Old Navy's if you're not quite on the vest bandwagon yet.

xoxo, jKm
